Liam Sanders - Bio

At ASAS I have many different roles and have worked here for over 9 years now. I started off as a leader and since then ASAS has become a huge part of my life. I now design and run the IT systems as well as providing medical input and support Jo in the day to day running of the charity.

Even though we are not currently providing face to face services I am still busy behind the scenes with Jo and others working hard to ensure our families are supported during this time and that we are ready to provide face to face support as soon as allowed.

When I'm not at ASAS I work in the NHS as a specialist nurse, this keeps me very busy, especially now during a pandemic which sees me working on the Covid-19 wards to help cover staff sickness.

Wellbeing Recommendation

I have never been one for sitting down and relaxing, as you can probably tell from my bio above I always have to be doing something.

To help me relax and zone out I love to watch a good musical, one of my absolute favourites is 'The Greatest Showman', not only do I sing along I love the focus on being who you want to be. I am proud to be a nurse, to work for ASAS and the NHS!!

This is me!
